A HOTEL in a North Yorkshire town is set to hold a music festival.

The Station Hotel in Pickering, on Park Street, will hold a family-friendly four-day music festival from August 26 to 29, raising money for mental health charity MIND.

Across the four days there will be a wide variety of performances.

From soul and country to party and rock – the festival has something for everyone.

Marinae Mae will open the festival on the Friday (August 26) at 8pm with a set jam packed with hits ranging from the 1940s to 2000s.

Performances will also come from Steve Jacobs, DJ Darren Karaoke and Disco, rock group R4L, and 80s tribute Rubix Cube.

Oasis tribute band, Definitely Maybeez will close the festival at 4pm on the Monday (June 29).

Day tickets are priced at £7.50, and a four-day ticket for the whole festival is priced at £25.

Under 12’s go free at the event.
