Orchard Fields Malton.
Two benches have been damaged following barbecues held in Orchard Fields in Malton.
A report to Malton Town Council said: "There has been several occasions now that the weather has improved where groups of young people are having barbecues in Orchard Fields.
"Unfortunately two benches have been fire damaged due to this.
"The Clerk is looking into repairing the benches and working with North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue as to the possibility of installing barbecue racks onto the benches to
prevent future damage."
