THE Covid rates in Ryedale have increased in the week up to June 6.
The latest data from Public Health England (PHE) shows that a further seven cases have been recorded in Ryedale.
This follows two weeks of no cases in the area.
Selby has the highest recorded cases at 67.
In North Yorkshire the rate has increased by four to 26 cases per 100,000 population. A further 51 cases have been recorded in the North Yorkshire County Council area, taking the total for the pandemic to 30,548.
In the East Riding of Yorkshire the rate has increased by one to 20.5 cases per 100,000 population, with a further 13 cases recorded.
No further deaths related to Covid-19 have been recorded at hospitals in the York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The latest data from NHS England shows that the total number of Covid deaths in the York trust remains at 592. Across England, a further six people who tested positive for Covid have died.
