Fire crews rescued a foal on Monday
Crews from Malton attended an incident where a foal was in shallow water and unable to climb back out near Low Marishes at 10.57am on Monday.
The crew rescued the horse from the river and on to the embankment. They worked with owners to secure the horse to a tether. Water rescue equipment used.
