NORTH Yorkshire Police is focusing their appeal in the search for a missing woman.
Searches are continuing after 46-year-old Sarah West went missing from her home on Stepney Road in Scarborough on Sunday, April 25.
Sarah was last seen around 7am at home by family, but new information has also shown she was walking southbound on the A165 near Cayton Bay at around 8am the same day.
North Yorkshire Police is appealing for anyone driving on the A165 between 7.30am and 8am on Sunday morning who may have dashcam footage to get in touch by calling 101.
Sarah is described as very slim with dark blonde medium-length hair, blue eyes and pale skin. She is around 5ft 5″ tall and she may be wearing a blouse top with black trousers and black boots.
Officers also have information to suggest Sarah may be walking the Cleveland Way coastal path, so would ask anyone walking in areas near the path to be vigilant and report any sightings to the police immediately.
