A DRIVER has been charged with being three times over drink drive limit.

The Roads Policing Group say the driver was arrested after police stopped the car in Scarborough.

A spokesperson said: “The driving of this car was questionable, and a stop check revealed why. Drivers’ one beer was a little more than that.

“Roadside breath tested more than three times the limit. Evidential sample obtained and driver charged to court.”
