MORE snow is falling in Ryedale this morning.

North Yorkshire Police Roads Policing Group said: "It’s a snowy day across the county. May we take this opportunity to remind you all to stay at home. The roads are particularly bad at the north end of the county, with drivers abandoning vehicles in the road due to the conditions.
"Sutton Bank is closed, we just haven’t been able to get to the top to put a hard closure on it (this we are working on).
"Please stay at home and if it is absolutely essential to travel, then adjust your driving to the conditions.
"Stay safe, See less."
