FIVE more patients with coronavirus have died at hospitals in York and Scarborough.
NHS England said today that the total number of Covid-related deaths at York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust since the start of the pandemic had risen by five to 385.
Meanwhile, latest figures by Public Health England show Ryedale had 26 new cases recorded in the past seven days, with its rolling seven-day rate per 100,000 population is now at 279.9, just below that of neighbouring Scarborough at 297, which had 86 new cases.
