THERE have been four further deaths related to Covid-19 recorded at hospitals in the York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Today's data from NHS England shows that the total number of deaths related to the virus in the York trust is now 314. The trust includes York Hospital and Scarborough.
Meanwhile, figures from Public Health England shows Ryedale has had 20 new cases over the weekend, taking its total to 770, and 66 in Scarborough, taking its total to 3,061.
The figures below show (in this order) - the district, number of cases in the past seven day, seven day rate per 100,000 population and total number of cases since the start of the pandemic.

North Yorkshire - 648, 104.8, 13,935
East Riding of Yorkshire - 548, 160.6, 10,295
Nationally, there were 14,718 new cases. All of these figures include both pillar 1 and pillar 2 cases. There were 189 deaths (those within 28 days of positive test) taking the total to 61,434.
