ROUTINE operations at Scarborough Hospital could be delayed.
York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, which runs it, says it is under more pressure because of the spread of coronavirus.
It says it needs to have as many beds as possible free, to care for patients with severe respiratory problems during the second wave of the pandemic.
It is hoped urgent procedures, like cancer treatment, can still continue.
