A FIREFIGHTER who relies on his bike to get to the station on calls-out is appealing for information after it was stolen from his workplace.
James Croot, a retained firefighter at Pickering station, had his cycle stolen today (Wednesday).
A second bike, belonging to a work colleague, was also taken from Harlands Garage, in Malton Road, Pickering, between 1 and 3pm.
James said: "Mine is a black Kona Shred and the other bike is a black and white Trex with little handle bars for his grandchild. I could do with mine back for my fire calls please."
Anyone who has further information should contact James via Facebook.
