POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a crash involving a van.
A 37-year-old man suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital following the collision in Manham Hill in Eastfield, Scarborough, at 1am yesterday.
It involved a red Ford Transit van and resulted in the road being closed for about half an hour while officers investigated the scene and to allow the vehicle to be recovered.
North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses. In particular, they appealing for information from anyone who is able to identify the driver of the vehicle at the time of the collision.
