FIREFIGHTERS tackled a house fire in North Yorkshire yesterday (Thursday).
A crew from Selby was called to the incident in the Eggborough area at about 1.50pm.
When they arrived the fire was confined to the rear utility area of the house.
Crews used two hose reel jets and four breathing apparatus to put out the fire.
No people were injured and the cause is being investigated, station manager Bob Hoskins confirmed.
