FIRE crews were called to free a woman who was trapped in her vehicle after a collision in Malton last night.
Both Malton fire crews and an officer attended the single vehicle road traffic collision at 7.40pm.
The female was trapped as the vehicle was on its side up against a hedge.
High pressure airbags, lighting and small tools were used by the fire crews to enable safe release of the woman from the vehicle.
The woman was checked over by paramedics.
