WE were taking a look through our archives and came across these five photographs from 1981.
They show the celebrations in Ryedale to mark the Royal Wedding of Prince Charles and Princess Diana, and include streets parties in Norton and Pickering, as well as a fancy dress competition and competitors taking part in a tug of war.
