NORTON Town Council has recommended approval for a new housing development.
Plans have been submitted for the demolition of existing offices and factory buildings at Bright Steels building, 1 Beverley Road, and the building of four three-bedroom terrace homes.
The application also includes block of six two-bedroom flats with associated access, parking and landscaping.
