AN ESTATE agent has completed an 80-mile trek across the Austrian Alps for charity.
Mark Stephenson, owner Mark Stephensons Estate & Letting Agents, took on the challenge in aid of Ryedale Special Families.
For every mile walked, Mark pledged £2 for the charity, which is based in Old Malton.
Following donations from clients and supporters, he managed to raised more than £750. “We’ve always supported local charities as a business and I thought what better way to engage people with such a fantastic cause than by putting myself to the test,” said Mark.
“We are overwhelmed with the support and generosity of our supporters and we are so pleased to be handing over a grand total of £754.84 to the charity.”
