Crews from Sherburn and Malton have dealt with a fire involving around 300-400 bales of hay
CREWS from Sherburn and Malton have dealt with a fire involving around 300-400 bales of hay at Whin Moor Lane, West Heslerton at 8.58pm last night (Wednesday).
Crews used one hosereel jet and two backpack sprayers to bring the fire under control. This incident remains open for a revisit by Malton crew later this morning. The cause is unknown.
