MALTON chef Dan Graham has showed off his skills at the Kikkoman Master final 2019.
Chefs were challenged to come up with a starter and main course using Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce as an integral ingredient. The finalists were 90 minutes to recreate their menus at the final at The Restaurant Show at Olympia in London on September 30.
Dan, who narrowly missed out on the title, said: “The Kikkoman Masters is a growing competition with chefs so, getting through to the final is a great achievement.”
Dan joined nine other chefs to compete for the title of Kikkoman Master Winner 2019 and an all-expense paid trip to Japan.
