CHILDREN at Malton Primary School have been showing off their artist talents.
The pupils held their annual art exhibition, entitled “The Power of Nature”, using the theme of “our natural environment” as inspiration for some amazing pieces of work.
Teacher Anna Harrison said: “There was a wide variety of media shown from printing, collage and drawing to conceptual sculptures.
“Much of the artwork was centred around the idea of man’s impact on our environment and the issue of single-use plastic.”
She added: “We are really proud of the quality produced by our children - they have created deeply thought-provoking artwork and shown high-quality skills.”
