A MALTON business has expanded to a second store.
Ashley Cooke Carpets and Furniture has opened a new interiors shop in Wheelgate.
Owner Ashley Cooke, who runs the business with his partner Sophie Marwood, said they had felt there was a gap in the retail market in Malton.
“The town is growing in size and we wanted to bring something different that would encourage people to shop here as well as creating jobs for local people,” he said.
“We have a wide range of products, including curtains, bedding, homeware and accessories. Our aim is to provide something for everyone’s budget.”
