POLICE have put out an appeal for information following a burglary at a farm in Settrington.
The theft took place between 3.50am and 4.15am this morning (June 19).
The farmer said that he was awoken by a 'bang', and saw an estate type vehicle with its boot open and something hanging out of the boot of the vehicle.
He then checked his outbuildings and found tools were missing.
Police said: "If you have any information in relation to this incident please call 101 and quote 12190110040 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111."
