MALTON Museum has opened its doors with this year’s new exhibition Malton Horse Power.
The exhibition, which runs until November 2, celebrates the role of horses throughout the history of Malton and Norton, and was opened by Brough Scott, horse racing journalist and television presenter.
He said: “Malton is a little place, but very big in reputation and history. I think it is so important to log the past.”
Kim Davies, project manager, said: “The museum has a jam-packed calendar. There is something new going on every month to get involved in.”
