MALTON Museum is hosting a pop-up shop to raise funds to maintain and extend the attraction.
The shop is at 21 Wheelgate, Malton, formerly Glen’s Opticians, and runs until Saturday, March 16, from 10am to 4pm.
Malton Museum reopens on April 20 for the new season with an Arts Council-funded exhibition, entitled Malton Horse Power.
The exhibition will tell the story of the vital role horses have played in Malton and the surrounding area.
A spokesman said: “A piece of community art will be in the entrance hall created with selfie photos of people and their beloved horses. There is still time to send in a photo if you’d like to be included.”
