TWO pupils from West Heslerton Primary School have been taking part in charity work to help others.
Kiara Heron and Rowan Roger learned about different charities during their RE lessons last term.
They decided they wanted to do something for themselves and organised a stall in school.
After doing their own home baking, they sold the produce to fellow pupils raising £120 for the Blue Cross Charity, which helps sick, injured and homeless pets.
Kiara and Rowan said they both loved animals. “We are proud of our achievements,” they added.
