A WOMAN was injured when her car left the road and travelled 25 metres down an embankment.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue were called to the scene on the B1257 at Newgate Bank on Friday at 3.45pm.
Fire crews from Helmsley and Stokesley went to the scene. No other vehicles were involved, and no-one was trapped.
They aided paramedics in helping a woman in her 20s to an ambulance.
She was taken to hospital with suspected neck injuries.
