THIS year St Peter’s Church Holiday Club travelled back to Egypt and the story of Joseph.
Altogether 64 children, plus more than 25 helpers, spent the week at Pyramid Rock learning songs, making crafts, hearing stories, playing games and saying prayers on the theme.
Reverend Rachel Hirst, vicar of St Peter’s, said: “It was a great week and the children, as always, were great. The best thing for the children was the drama which some of our teenagers put on each day.
“We ended the week with a show of the songs and themes and a barbecue. A great time was had by all.”
