Singer-songwriter Chris Berry brings his 2018 solo tour back to the Milton Rooms Studio in Malton on Thursday, September 6.

It promises to be a really special night as he combines favourite classic pop songs from all eras along with songs from his newly released album Long Hard Road. Chris will also once again be raising funds for Yorkshire Air Ambulance through the fun auction that has become part of his shows.

Chris has toured with internationally renowned stars Midge Ure and Joe Longthorne, has his own Chris Berry Band that is well known for playing main stage at Staxtonbury Festival and on Long Hard Road he has sax legend Snake Davis and Paul Heaton’s drummer Pete Marshall.

“We’re all very excited about the album and the tour, “ said Chris.

“It’s selling well as the CD and on vinyl as an LP, plus we’re doing really well with the online sales on iTunes and Spotify.

“The promotional video for the title track is great with my local running club involved too. “

CComing to the Milton Rooms Studio is always great fun and a fantastic intimate atmosphere. It’s our fifth consecutive year so if you haven’t been o one of these come along and see what you’ve been missing.’

Chris plays well known songs such as Brown Eyed Girl, Wonderful Tonight, The Joker, Valerie, The Gambler and many more in addition to his own songs. Chris was also the organiser and one of the singers in the well-loved Singing Farmers and writes for the Yorkshire Post.
