YOUNGSTERS at Dance Expression are jumping with success after being offered places on prestigious programmes.

Jessica Huntsman, 11, was one of 12 girls successful in gaining a place at the Royal Ballet School in London.

Her dance teacher Lucy Walker, who runs Dance Expression in Norton with her sister, Anna Baggley, said: "Jessica has decided to stay another year with us, but will be attending Manchester every Saturday on a mid associate programme through the Royal Ballet School, which only a few children are accepted on.

"Other children from our dance school have been offered places on the Renaissance Associate Programme, Stagebox, Mike Denman Associate, SLP Associate, Phoenix, Northern Ballet CATs programme and Northern Associate programme. We wish them all every success."
