700 litres of fuel stolen
THIEVES have stolen 700 litres of fuel, two tractor batteries and an irrigation pump.
An appeal by police through the community messaging service said that the theft took place between 10pm yesterday, July 12, and 6.30am today, July 13.
It happened in the area of Goose Lane, Sutton-on-the-Forest.
They said: "An irrigation pump in a field has been targeted and approximately 700 litres of fuel has been stolen and also two tractor batteries.
"If you have witnessed anything, or have any information with regards to this incident please contact police on 101, reference NYP-13072018-0080."
