PUPILS from Leavening and Langton primary schools joined forces for their second shared activity day.
Class Two from Langton joined the Oak Trees class from Leavening, while the Acorns from Leavening went to Langton for maths-themed activities.
Rachel Ray, head teacher of Langton and acting head of Leavening, said: “The two schools got together to work on a whole host of maths problems and projects on the theme of money.
“The staff from both schools collaborated closely to plan a variety of activities and the children all worked so well together inside and outside. Langton and Leavening schools had previously worked together on a swap day linked to World Book week.
“It was wonderful to see the children making new friends and enjoying learning together.”
