POLICE have said that "no further action" will be taken after an investigation into an ill dog.
Two men were arrested in January after a guard dog became ill at the fracking site on Habton Road in Kirby Misperton.
They will face no further action.
The dog made a full recovery.
A police spokesperson said: "Due to insufficient evidence, no further police action will be taken in relation to the incident."
