VISITORS to Kirkbymoorside Library have taken part in a magical event, organised by Ryedale Book Festival.
Festival director Sarah Tyson said: “There were some very glittery stars and an exciting story was created by the children about a pirate, a wolf and princess called Rose who rode a unicorn.
“It is lovely to see the children’s imaginations in full flow and the poem that the next group created with Catharine Boddy’s assistance is fantastic.
“Kirkbymoorside library offers a great space for events and it is always a pleasure working with Chris Dowie and her team of volunteers. We thank them for welcoming us to their venue.”
