A NORTH Yorkshire holiday park has been sold for an asking price of almost £3 million to a local farmer looking to diversify.
Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has sold the 26-acre Rosedale Abbey Holiday Park on the North York Moors.
The long-established static and touring park has consent for more than 200 holiday caravans, six camping pods and 75 tents, as well as five holiday cottages and two forms of owners accommodation.
The park has been sold off with a guide price of £2.95 million to a farmer from the region who is looking to diversify.
William Reynolds, of Sanderson Weatherall, said: “The park
occupies a very desirable location and offers a great deal of further
potential which the buyer recognised.”
