PEOPLE in Pickering who wish to find out more about their family history will be able to get one-to-one guidance.
The individual family history sessions are being organised by the Ryedale Family History Group.
The group is offering the free one-to-one sessions at Pickering Library on November 21 and December 5 and 19.
The sessions are aimed at anyone wishing to trace their ancestry who is either not sure where to start or needing some help to progress.
The session times are 10.30am, noon and 1.30pm.
Anyone interested should book a place at the library in person or by phoning 01609 533624.
