RYEDALE District Council is hosting a landlord forum, on Thursday, November 16, at Ryedale House in Malton.
Lettings agents and landlords who own properties in Ryedale will have the opportunity to receive up-to-date information and advice covering all aspects of letting properties.
Experts will be available, providing information about energy efficiency and taxation responsibilities for landlords. Stallholders will include North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue, Bulmers Lettings Agency and the National Landlords Association.
Councillor Luke Ives, chairman of the policy and resources committee, said: “We are looking forward to meeting local landlords and agents at this event to raise awareness of how the council can advise and provide support to them."
It is open between 4pm and 7pm with presentations between 5pm and 6.30pm. Entries is free. To book a place, email housing@ryedale.gov.uk
