The man police wanted to identify
POLICE say they have located the man they wanted to identify caught on CCTV.
Officers had released an appeal after two fishermen reported concerns for a man who had walked to the end of the West Pier in Whitby at about 3.45am on Tuesday.
A spokesman for police said the man was safe and well and thanked members of the public and the media for their support with this appeal.
