A BAR is gearing up for a busy few weeks with a special memorabilia auction and their 50th beer festival both taking place.
An auction, incorporating a night of live music, will take place at Suddaby’s in Malton, on Saturday, at 7pm. Tickets are £7.
Among the pieces available to bid on include sketches and signed items from Jackie Chan, James Earl Jones, David Beckham, Frank Skinner, Kim Coates from TV’s Sons of Anarchy and the casts of Miss Saigon and Sunny Afternoon.
The event has been supported by many local businesses, and all funds raised will go to Cycle for Survival (rare cancer research) and Alzheimer’s Society.
Meanwhile, from March 30 to April 2, Suddaby’s 11th Spring beer festival will take place, with more than 20 ales and ciders on offer, plus live music.
