A FREE talk by York Caving Club, showcasing the cave discoveries around the North York Moors in recent years, is to be held at Hutton-le-Hole village hall.

The group said: "Following the discovery of a mile-long cave under Hutton Beck just south of Hutton-le-Hole in 2007 we have been working on a whole range of projects in the area.

"We would like to share our findings over the last few years with the local residents or anyone else with an interest.

"The talk will last around an hour and a half and include photos and videos. There will be displays of surveys as well as plenty of time to chat in more detail afterwards. We hope it will be an entertaining evening even if you have never been (or ever want to go) into a cave!"
