ALL the fun of the fair will be on offer at Nawton Primary School on Saturday.
The school is hosting a spring fair from 2pm to 4pm with a barbecue, cream teas, ferret racing, donkey rides, bouncy castles and a fire engine from Kirkbymoorside station.
Other attractions include craft stalls, traditional games and music with Adam Collier as compere.
There will also be a bake off competition with the theme of a "Birthday cake fit for the Queen" to celebrate her 90th. There are three categories - under 10s, £1, 10 to 16 years, £1.50, and over 16s, £2.
The competition will be judged by Rhian Crusher of Celebrate Country Cake Design, Helmsley.
All entries to be taken to school on day of fair at 1.45pm and winners will be announced that day.
A spokesman for the school said: "Everyone is welcome to enter the bake off and come along and support the fair."
