A TANKER containing 2,000 litres of kerosene and 11,000 litres of diesel has caught fire.
Fire crews were a called to Acaster Hill, Husthwaite, at about 3pm, on Thursday.
Crews from Easingwold attended and said the fire involved the breaking system and had been extinguished before crews arrived.
Crews stayed at the scene until the tanker was taken away by a recovery vehicle.
