GOVERNORS at Terrington Hall Prep School, near Malton, have appointed Stephen Mulryne to serve as headmaster from next January.
Mr Mulryne, who is currently deputy head, will take up the appointment when Jon Glen retires at Christmas, after more than 17 years’ distinguished service.
Governor’s chair Rodger Hobson said: “Terrington Hall has thrived under his guidance and vision, developing a rich educational programme and expanding in numbers and facilities whilst always preserving its unique family feel and close community spirit. The governors are supremely confident that the school will continue to flourish under Mr Mulryne who has already proved himself an exceptional deputy head at Terrington Hall for the past two years.”
