A ROCK and roll charity is bringing the perfect combination of classic rock and pop to Rhyl.

The Journal has two tickets for lucky readers for a rocking night of music and laughter at Rock for Heroes at the Pavilion on Thursday, May 7 at 7.30pm.

Rock for Heroes fundraises in support of Help for Heroes, and so far on this tour front men Phil and Will have collectively raised more than £30,000 towards its £2.5 million goal.

A spokesperson for the show said: “We will be collecting for this amazing cause, after every show - it’s a long plan!"

Joined by a full live band and singers, Phil and Will will repay the audiences kindness with a selection of the very best rock tunes from bands such as Queen, Dire Straits, David Bowie, Status Quo, Bryan Adams, Elton John, AC/DC, Whitesnake and more.

The spokesperson added: “You won’t see a bad wig here, this isn’t a tribute act this is simply paying tribute, the best way we can to the legends in music.”

Tickets are £23, to book visit rhylpavilion.co.uk or call the box office on 01745 330000.
