POLICE are calling on people to take responsibility of their pets after more attacks on livestock.
Officers are concerned that more people are walking their dogs around sheep without enough care.
NFU Mutual suggest livestock attacks nationally cost farmers £1.2 million in 2019.
“It’s very important that dogs are kept on leads and under control,” said Inspector Matt Hagen.
