THE organisers of this Sunday's Beadlam Tractor Run are hoping it will push the total raised by the event in its 15 years to over £100,000.

Preparations are now being finalised for this year's annual run which has, to date, raised over £92,000 for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

Some 200 tractors will depart from Beadlam Grange Farm near Helmsley at 9.45am on their 50 mile run, with visitors welcomed to the event from 8.45am.

The tractors will pass through the following towns (all times approximate):

Beadlam/Nawton 10am; Fadmoor/Gillamoor 11.10am; Kirkbymoorside, led by the town’s brass band, 11.45am; Hutton-le-Hole 12.15pm; Lastingham 1.40pm; Cropton 1.55pm; Newton-on-Rawcliffe 2.30pm; Pickering 3pm; Marton 3.45pm; Normanby 3.55pm; Great Edstone 4.05pm; Salton 4.10pm; Wombleton 4.40pm; Harome 4.55pm and back to Beadlam Grange Farm for 5pm.
