BATES AVENUE TO SPRING COURT LINK FOOTPATH,

DARLINGTON (CLOSURE), OHDER 2019

Darlington Borough Council Intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:

BATES AVENUE TO SPRING COURT LINK FOOTPATH

An alternative route will be signed via Bates Avenue, West Auckland Road, Spring Court and vice versa.

The Order Is necessary to allow works on behalf of Northern Powergrid.

The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order Is 6 months commencing from 28th May 2019, It Is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 2 weeks.
