DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
HEADLAM ROAD, DARLINGTON
(ROAD CLOSURE), ORDER 2019
Darlington Borough Council intend not less than seven days
from the date of this notice to make an Order under the
provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act,
1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:
HEADLAM ROAD
From the western boundary of the rear of 15 Headlam Road
northwards to its end
The Order is necessary to allow a site compound for a
development site.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this
Order is 18 months commencing from 11th February 2019.
