Notice under regulation 20 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 is hereby given that David Wilson Homes (the Applicant) of 6 Alpha Court, Monks Cross Drive, York, YO32 9WN intends to submit an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) as the application falls under ‘Schedule 2 development’ paragraph 10(b): urban development projects of the 2017 EIA Regulations’. The Proposed Application, submitted to Ryedale District Council on the 6th October 2017, relates to the development of 239 residential dwellings, public open space, landscaping and associated infrastructure (Application Ref. 17/01220/MFUL). The findings of the EIA will be reported in an Environmental Statement (ES) that will be submitted to Ryedale District Council (RDC).
Copies of the documents relating to the ES, including a non-technical summary, will be available to download at www.ryedale.gov.uk/planning/planning-applications/view-or-comment-on-a-planning-application from 7th May 2018 and for inspection at the following locations during the hours set out below from 1st May 2018 until 31st May 2018. Alternatively, copies can be obtained from BWB Consulting Limited, Whitehall Waterfront, 2 Riverside Way, Leeds LS1 4EH. Copies will be charged at £100 per hard copy and £25 for a CD copy.
