The above named Order was confirmed on the 27th January 2022 under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on the 10'" February 2022, is to create the public footpath at Middleton St George, Darlington described in the Schedule below and as shown on the Order Map. Please see below for further information.

Reserve to Point C, NZ 35891 13681 where it connects with Footpath 9 Middleton St George. Width - 3 metres

The above named Order was confirmed on the 27th January 2022 under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on the 10th February 2022, is to extinguish the public footpath at Middleton St George, Darlington described in the Schedule below and as shown on the Order Map.

and have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Darlington Borough Council, 17 Allington Way, Darlington DL1 4QB from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. If a person aggrieved by the Orders desires to question their validity, or that of any provision contained in them, on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the above Act, or on the grounds that the requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Orders, they may apply to the High Court for any of the purposes within six weeks from the date of this Notice.
