DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1004 (TEMPORARY RESIDENTS PARKING) 2021 WOODLAND ROAD, DARLINGTON

Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under the provisions of Section 14( 1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:

Suspend the no waiting at any time restriction at Woodland Road south side, from its junction with Portland Placo to tho sastern boundary 20 Woodland Road (Schodulo 0.01 of tho Darlington Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction ot Waiting and Loading) Consolidation Order 2019)

And to introduce on a temporary basis:

|i) No Waiting At Any Time on Woodland Road, south side Irom its junction with Portland Place to a point 12metres east of the eastern boundary 29 Woodland Road.

(II) An extension of Residents Parking Zone I to Include: Woodland Road, south side from tho eastorn boundary 29 Woodland Road eastwards for a distance of 12mstros

The Order is necessary to allow a temporary Residents Parking Bay while construction works take place.

The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 10th December 2021.
